Crafted with care, my blend combines the robust essence of garlic, the subtle crunch of sea salt, the crisp freshness of cucumber, the savoury allure of onion, the aromatic touch of dill, the tangy burst of citric acid, and the invigorating zest of mint. From grilling meats to creating creamy dips, tossing salads, or experimenting with new recipes, I add an authentic Mediterranean flair to every bite.
Add 1 tbsp Tzatziki Dip Seasoning to 1 cup strained Greek yogurt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together. Optional: Add 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained. Don't be shy to use me to season your grilled meats too.
