Shipping & Returns

IN-STORE PICKUP

All orders are eligible for In-Store Pickup. 

Due to the high volume of online orders, purchases for in-store pickup (excluding furniture orders) will be held for 14 days. After 14 days, customers will be reminded to pick up their items. Orders not picked up are subject to a full refund, at Pineridge Hollow’s discretion. Please contact us if alternate arrangements need to be made.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available every Tuesday & Saturday* on eligible orders within Winnipeg, East St. Paul, Oakbank, Dugald, and Headingley, Manitoba. Deliveries are made through Trexity- a third party delivery service.

*Orders made after 11:00am (CDT) will be delivered the next available delivery day.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post at checkout. The estimated shipping times (within Canada) are listed below.

  • Expedited Parcel (2-8 Business Days)
  •  Xpress Post (2-4 Business Days)
  • Priority (2-4 Business Days)

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Furniture delivery starts at $200 for Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas. Please contact our furniture department to inquire about the cost of deliveries outside of these areas.

RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Within 14 days of purchasing clothing, customers with a receipt may return or exchange for a full refund back to the original payment method. Exclusions apply. 

Within 30 days of purchasing all other merchandise, customers with a receipt may return or exchange for a full refund back to the original payment method. Exclusions apply. 

Exclusions to this return policy are: all and any furniture pieces, all and any room accents, gift cards, earrings, bathing suits, and all sale items. These are considered final sale. 

We will gladly accept unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt, original packaging (boxes, bags, packing material), and price tags still attached.

ONLINE ORDERS

Clothing must be returned within 14 days or purchasing, with the exception of orders shipped through Canada Post where clothing must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

All other returns must be made within 30 days with your receipt, with the exception of orders shipped through Canada Post where your order must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Store credit will be issued after the 30 days have passed. No returns will be accepted after 60 days of your original order date.

Online Orders can be returned in-store or through the mail. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/packing slip. Please expect 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed from the time they are received. 

Pineridge Hollow is not responsible for any shipping fees. You may contact us to set up a shipping return label, but this will be at the customer's expense.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-priced purchases only if an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of purchase.

FINAL SALE NOTICES

The following items are considered FINAL SALE:

  • any and all furniture (stock, custom, and ordered)
  • any and all room accents (wall art, rugs, lamps, mirrors, signs, clocks)
  • any and all sale items or items marked for clearance
  • any and all earrings, socks, and intimate items

Any and all items listed above are not eligible for price adjustments.
