All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You can choose your shipping method at that point. The estimated shipping times (within Canada) are listed below.

- Xpress Post (2-4 Business Days)
- Priority (2-4 Business Days)
Shipping Oversized Items
All oversized items are subject to additional shipping fees. Pineridge Hollow is not responsible for these charges. Customers will be contacted with additional information after the purchase of an oversized item.
Returning Online Orders
Online orders can be returned in-store or online. Pineridge Hollow is not responsible for any shipping fees. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please expect 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed from the time they are received.

In-Store Pick-Up Policy
Due to the high volume of online orders, purchases for in-store pick-up will be held for 14 days. After 14 days, customers will be reminded to pick up their items. Orders not picked up are subject to a full refund, at Pineridge Hollow’s discretion. Please contact us if alternate arrangements need to be made.
Returning In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases can be returned in-store only. Please bring in your original receipt. Custom ordered items, such as furniture, are a final sale.
- For merchandise returned within 60 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If merchandise is returned after 60 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
- We will gladly accept unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or have a Pineridge Hollow price tag on them.
- A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-priced purchases only if an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of purchase.
